Mark Rava - Principal Agent. Mark is responsible for all aspects of the agency’s personal lines business. Over the last 20 years Mark has helped thousands of customers secure the right insurance coverage at the most affordable price. He began has career in (year) in (town) and expanded his business to include agencies in New Haven and East Hartford. Mark is an expert in all aspects of personal lines insurance including auto, home and motorcycle insurance. For many years he has been one of Connecticut’s top producing insurance agents. A passionate believer in one on one customer service Mark drives our agency’s goal of exceeding our customer’s expectations every day. In this pursuit he is capably assisted by his loyal dogs Max and Sparky who are an important part of our agency family. Paul Fitzgerald - Principal Agent. Paul is also a 20+ year veteran of the insurance industry. He specializes in helping our commercial and business customers with all of their insurance needs. Paul’s area s of expertise include commercial property and casualty insurance and group employee benefits. Paul began his career with The Connecticut Business and Industry Association in their sales and insurance division and after 19 years with CBIA purchased his first agency in 2005. Much of his time is spent helping Connecticut employers make cost effective and informed decisions regarding their insurance needs. Paul and his wife Debbie have 3 daughters and he has kept himself busy for the past 30 years playing competitive soccer all over the state. (Although at age 50, it really isn’t that competitive anymore). Kris St John - Agent. Kris has been with our agency for over 20 years. Kris is based in our Woodbury office where she manages the day to day operations of the agency. In addition to managing the Woodbury location Kris also is the Agency’s key service person for our commercial insurance customers. Kris is an expert in all lines of insurance and has helped generations of Woodbury area families with all of their insurance needs.
